After nearly 20 years in business, Thompson Bros had built a strong reputation delivering security solutions across construction and healthcare, known for their fast, reliable response and high-quality service... but their brand hadn’t kept pace. What started as a single logo designed in the early days (by the owner!) had been used consistently, but without any real foundations behind it. As the business grew to a larger team with over 15 vehicles on the road, inconsistencies started to creep in and the overall look no longer reflected the level they were operating at.

Through a Brand Rev Up, we evolved their existing identity into something more refined and modern, while keeping elements that honoured their history.

We then used their Design Day Pass to roll this out across key touchpoints, including capability statements, signage, stationery, email signatures, and supporting brand assets... giving the team everything they needed to show up consistently.
