After 18 years as a trusted local business, Warringah Furniture Removals had grown into a premium, full-service experience. From packing and moving through to unpacking, styling, and decluttering, their service had evolved well beyond what their brand reflected. Their existing look blended in with lower-cost operators and didn’t match the quality of their work. It was time to bring the brand up to the level they were operating at.

WHAT WE DID:

From helpful PDFs that answer common questions, to polished documents that guide clients through the moving process, every touchpoint was considered.

We also collaborated with a local web developer to design a homepage that ties it all together.

Through a Brand Rev Up, we refined and elevated their entire visual identity... keeping a nod to their existing colours, but transforming them into something more polished, credible, and aligned with the premium service they deliver.

We then used their Design Day Pass to roll this out across everything their clients interact with. Stationery, business cards, email signatures, signage, social templates, and a suite of client-facing documents designed to further improve their overall experience.
